Mississippi Mud Cake

2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
4 cups miniature marshmallows

Mix melted margarine with sugar and eggs.  Blend flour, salt, and cocoa and mix in with other ingredients. 

Bake in a lightly greased 13"x9"x2" pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.  When cake comes out of the oven, spread on marshmallows. 

Cover so that they will melt.  Cool cake and put on icing.
 

Icing
1 box confectionery sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend well and spread on cooled cake.

This is my birthday cake.  Mom and I are the only ones who can eat a full-sized piece of this because it is so rich.  All the rest of you are wusses.
